Watermelon with Chili, Lime and Salt
Add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp chili powder to a mortar and pestle. Grate the zest of 2 limes into the mortar. Grind these ingredients until they are combined. Slice 1 large watermelon into wedges. Squeeze the juice of 2 limes and sprinkle the salt, chili powder and lime zest onto the wedges.
